Thanks for taking my call. I've never wanted to talk about this. In a lot of ways it's kind of embarrassing to me, you know? But I definitely saw something. It was definitely weird. I didn't make it up. Sometimes I wish I had. This was April 21st, 1977. I was seventeen years old, and I was driving my Volkswagen down Farm Street in Dover, Massachusetts. It's a quiet little town, about fifteen miles southwest of Boston. Rural, you know? Woods lining the roads, old fieldstone walls everywhere. The kind of place where nothing ever happens. I had two of my buddies in the car with me, Monty and Artie. It was around 10 30 at night, during spring break. We were just cruising around, looking for something to do, maybe find a party. And the head, the head was enormous. It was shaped like a watermelon, or maybe more like an egg. It was about the same size as the rest of its body.
I got a real good look at this thing. I was maybe ten feet away, just the time it took to drive from one utility pole to the next. A few seconds, but it felt like forever. The creature had this thin body, skin the color of a peach, completely hairless. The texture looked rough, like wet sandpaper. And it had these long, spindly arms and legs with fingers, fingers like long tendrils that were wrapped around the stones on the wall. tendril like fingers are so unusual - Ben'
