Alright, so I've been waiting a long time to tell this story to someone who might actually listen. And I'm not making this up. I'm a practicing attorney here in Washington State, and I know exactly how crazy what I'm about to say sounds. But I was there. I lived it. And I think the American people deserve to know the truth about what their government has been doing since the 1960s. Let me start at the beginning. When I was just seven years old, back in 1968, I was recruited into a classified program run by DARPA called Project Pegasus. My father was an engineer working for a company that had CIA contracts, and somehow they identified me as a candidate. They said children were better suited for the experiments because our minds were more adaptable, more plastic. We could handle the disorientation of what they were doing better than adults could. What were they doing? Time travel. Teleportation. They had recovered technology, documents from Nikola Tesla's apartment after he died in 1943. The government seized everything, and they'd been working on it ever since. By the late sixties, they'd figured out how to send people through what we called vortal tunnels, folds in time-space that could transport you instantly to another location or even another time.

I made dozens of trips through the various devices they had. There was something called a plasma confinement chamber in New Jersey. There was holographic technology that let you travel both physically and virtually. And there were the jump rooms. read that Tesla papers were seized after he died, nobody knows what happened to them - Isaiah' The jump rooms looked like ordinary elevators, just these unassuming metal chambers. But when you stepped inside and they activated the system, you'd pass through this shimmering curtain of radiant energy, and then you were somewhere else entirely. Now, I participated in Project Pegasus from 1968 to 1972. I visited places you wouldn't believe. I saw events before they happened. But that's not what I'm here to talk about tonight. What I need to tell you about is what came after. In 1980, I was called back into government service for a new program. This one wasn't run by DARPA anymore. It was CIA. And the destination wasn't somewhere on Earth or in Earth's timeline. The destination was Mars.

In the summer of 1980, I was nineteen years old, and I received instructions to report to the College of the Siskiyous in Weed, California. Little community college up near Mount Shasta. There was a training facility there, Camp Siskiyous they called it, where about ten of us young adults were being prepared for what they called Mars visitation. Our instructor was a man named Major Franklin Davis. Military intelligence. He'd later become somewhat famous in certain circles for his work with remote viewing, but back then he was just this intense officer drilling us on survival protocols. See, Mars wasn't uninhabited. That was the whole point of the program. The briefings made it clear that there were indigenous life forms on Mars, both humanoid and animal. Some of them were dangerous. Our job was to establish a foothold presence and acclimate the Martian beings to human presence. The directive they gave us was simple. Major Davis looked us right in the eyes and said it flat out, Your task is to be seen and not eaten. That wasn't a joke. People had died on these missions. There were predators on the Martian surface that would attack humans. They wanted us to help make Mars safe for a larger American presence that was being planned.
